At Portillo we will keep the little ones safe and comfortable, in an interactive environment, while under the attentive care of our experienced staff so that parents can enjoy all that Portillo offers.

Massage services are available at the Portillo Spa from 2p.m. to 9p.m. daily. Relax after a day of travelling with a relaxing massage or help your legs recover from skiing with a deep-tissue massage. Due to the popularity of massages, we recommend that guests reserve their massages in advance by calling or visiting the spa.

Renting ski equipment at Ski Portillo is easy, with daily or weekly ski rentals for kids or adults that include standard and high-performance options. We also rent snowboards for riders of all levels. Our rental store has a large selection of equipment with various makes, models and sizes available at the resort.

Laundry service is available daily. Guests simply need to fill the laundry bag and form found in the room closet and it will be returned clean within 12 hours.

For your health and safety, we have the best medical team available at all times in the ski resort clinic so that guests can receive medical attention 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
