For your health and safety, we have the best medical team available at all times in the hotel clinic so that guests can receive medical attention 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our doctors and nurses are prepared to care for any illness or injury that may occur during a stay, with specialists in internal medicine, traumatology, nursing and radiology.

• Walk-in hours: Monday to Saturday : 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Emergency service is always available. Guests in need of it should contact the front desk.
• A helicopter is available for any medical emergencies requiring transportation to the Clinica Alemana hospital in Santiago.
