This season, Portillo unveiled a series of renovations designed to make our guests’ stays even more comfortable and enjoyable. All programs are all-inclusive. That covers lodging, unlimited lift access, and four daily meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner). It also covers free use of the heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and yoga, movie theater, game room, disco, piano bar, and ski and boot storage. There are activities for kids, teens and adults, plus free childcare for children ages 4 to 7.

You can choose a 7-night Ski Week, running Saturday to Saturday. You can also choose a 3- or 4-night Mini Week, running Wednesday to Saturday or Saturday to Wednesday. The Mini Week is perfect for a short getaway, while the Ski Week is ideal for a full snow vacation.

Hotel Portillo has 123 rooms, from singles and doubles with valley or Laguna del Inca views to suites and family apartments for up to 6 people. There are also the Octógono Lodge and Inca Lodge, which are more budget-friendly. The Chalets are designed for groups of 4 to 8 people.

No, transfers are not included in the lodging rate, but Portillo Tours & Travel offers two options. The first is a private service available 24 hours a day, priced per vehicle. The second is a shared shuttle that runs Wednesdays and Saturdays from Santiago airport, matching the program check-in days.
