• Valid for Ski Week stays of 7 nights in high season.
• Valid only for reservations at Hotel Portillo (Chalets, Octogono and Inca lodge do not apply).
• Regular transfer in the company of other guests and at pre-established times based on the arrivals of the day.
• The transfer service request must be made exclusively by the Portillo reservations department.
• The transfer is only in regular service. In the case of needing private service, it must be paid 100% by the guest.
• The included transfer is for the Santiago - Portillo - Santiago route. Any extra stops on the route (except for gasoline pumps) will be charged additionally.
• Safety seats for babies or children must be requested in advance.
