Terms and conditions

Offer only applicable for parents with an accompanying child.
Promotion applicable for one free children per family. Ages 4 to 11 years.
Offer only applicable during low season: June 20 to July 03 / August 29 to September 26. Regular season week: July 05-12 and High season week: July 12-27. In case of being a single parent accompanied by his/her child, the adult must pay double rate and the child will be free of charge.
Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, except during July 12-19 when it can also include a free night at the Bidasoa Boutique hotel in Santiago.
Accommodation of children is in the same room or in the same type of room chosen and paid by the parents according to the price list.
Promotion applies to two paying adults, in case of being a single parent accompanied by his/her child, the adult must pay double rate and the child will be free of charge.
When checking in, official documentation will be requested to prove the date of birth of the children.
Promotion valid for reservations at the main hotel, Octogon Lodge and chalets (do not apply to Inca Lodge).
